The author assumes you have some basic working knowledge of Paint shop Pro and Animation Shop.
Any similarity to other tutorials is unintentional.
Written in Paint shop Pro X1 but will work for other versions as well with minor adjustments.
If at any time you feel you know your psp well enough to alter steps to achieve the same thing feel free to do so.
After all, tutorials are only guidelines. You should always try to deviate from the tutorial and make your creation different while still learning the methods and techniques.

No supplies
Please read through the tutorial before you begin.
My tutorials can be long so take your time.
I want to teach you something other than copy and pasting, but in some instances you will do just that before the fun steps.
Tips are shown in green throughout the tutorial.

Step 1
Open your tube, mask and scrap frame in psp
Open new image 500 x 500
Flood fill with white
Copy and paste your frame to your new image
If you are using the same kit you will need to reduce the frame to fit in your image
Apply drop shadow
0,0,100,black, 12.00
New raster layer
Select all
Open paper you want to use from your scrap kit
copy it
then go to your new image and paste into selection
apply mask from image with inverted checked.
Do not merge group
Reduce paper layer opacity to 60%

Step 2
Copy and paste your tube to your new image
Resize to fit inside the frame
Apply same drop shadow as on frame.
Copy and paste blue lined label to your tag.
Reduce to 10%
Place it inside the group above the paper layer.

Duplicate, mirror

Step 3
Activate top layer
Ellipse tool
Foreground/stroke –black
Background null
Draw an ellipse about the same size as the inner oval of your frame
Activate text tool
This will allow you to resize the oval to match the inner line of the frame
See my example for placement of text
New raster layer
Place your cursor over the line and it will change to an A with a curved line under it
Type the words Do I look sweet to you? And place them where you want
Convert to raster layer

Add drop shadow as with same settings as before x 3
Delete vector ellipse
Delete empty raster layer

STEP 5
Activate white layer
New raster layer right above
Flood fill with another paper of choice
Apply another mask that almost completely fills the area.
See example. Use your own mask of choice.
Merge group
Lower opacity to 50%
Place all elements you wish to have on your tag directly below your frame layer
You will need to use the magic wand on the frame then expand by 9 then delete everything inside that you don’t want on each
Layer such as the flowers , or ribbons..

Add your copyright

Merge all layers, duplicate until you have three layers

Trace around the lollipop
Activate bottom layer

Star size – 3.91
Size variation – 50
Edge star density – 1
Overall star density – 25
Overdrive – 100
Twinkle amount – 75
Random seed – 1
Click ok
Hide this layer
Activate next layer up
TOOLBAR – selection tool/ freehand selection
Trace around the lollipop
Alienskin xenofex 2- constellation
Star size – 3.91
Size variation – 50
Edge star density – 1
Overall star density – 25

Twinkle amount – 75
Random seed – 4038
Click ok
Hide this layer
Activate the next layer up
