Step 6

READ THIS STEP COMPLETELY BEFORE DOING IT , IT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO DO SO

Now we will do the Mura Meister Copies

The goal is to get your circle outside the diameter of your GLASS layer

You want it with a small space around the outer edge of it.

If you need to you may have to change the shift x and shift y values a couple points higher or lower.

But I don’t think you will need to

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 7

For this step you will need Animation Shop so you will need to open that program now

In PSP, activate your GREEN layer

MENU~edit/copy

Back to Animation Shop

Right click in the middle of the program screen, paste ass new animation

At the bottom of the box it will say effect contains a total of 12 frames

It should be rotating smoothly

Click ok

This means that your image now has 13 frames, the original one and the 12 more for the effect

MENU~view/animation

You will see the animation you made pop up in a new window.

After you are done with viewing it you can close this window.

Now we will need to take your animation back to PSP.

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 8

In animation shop

MENU~edit/select all

Reduce animation shop window

Go back to PSP

Right click in the middle of the PSP window/paste as new animation

You should have a new image with your circles and 13 layers

The circles will look all overlapped and weird but it’s ok its suppose to be that way

MENU~image/canvas size/original dimensions should say 423 x 423

New dimensions will be

Width-450

Height-450

pixels

Placement-center box depressed

Click ok

All of your layers will be named frame 1

You will need to rename them frame 1- frame 13 from the bottom up like so

Frame 13

Frame 12

Frame 11

Frame 10

Frame 9

Frame 8

Frame 7

Frame 6

Frame 5

Frame 4

Frame 3

Frame 2

Frame 1

This will be very important in the steps coming up

Now you will have to work between your two images, the original one you started with and this new animation image.

Let’s rename and save our animation file

MENU~file/save as/pick a name here/ and save to the folder you want it

Do the same with your other image, name them differently

I named my animation layers image as—ANIMATION

And my original image I started with as ORIGINAL

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 9

In the ORIGINAL file you will need the NOISE layer

MENU~edit/copy

Now move to the ANIMATION image

Paste as new layer

Center as best you can inside your ring of circles

Once you have it where you want it you MUST not move it

Move the ANIMATION layer below all of your frame layers so it is the very bottom layer

You will need to right click this layer and duplicate it until you have 13 of them

Rename them the same way you did the frame layers only use the word ANIMATION instead of frame

You will need to hide all of the ANIMATION layers except ANIMATION 1

Let’s start on ANIMATION 1 layer and move up

MENU~effects/plugins/alienskin xenofex 2/constellation

Star size-4.76

Size variation-89

Edge star density-50

Overall star density-41

Overdrive-100

Keep original image-checked

Random seed-1

Click ok

Hide this layer and activate the next one up

MENU~effects/plugins/alienskin xenofex 2/constellation

Click random seed ONE TIME

Click ok

Hide this layer and activate the next one up

REPEAT THE LAST STEP FOR THE REMAINING ANIMATION LAYERS

When you are finished with these, all of the ANIMATION layers will have sparkles.

At this point you should have 26 layers, all hidden but the #1 of ANIMATION and Frame

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 10

Let’s add the GLASS layer now

Back to the ORIGINAL file

In the ORIGINAL file you will need the GLASS layer

MENU~edit/copy

Now move to the ANIMATION image

Paste as new layer

Center as best you can inside your ring of circles

Once you have it where you want it you MUST not move it

Move the GLASS layer so it is above the frame layers so it is the very top layer

You will need to right click this layer and duplicate it until you have 13 of them

Rename them the same way you did the frame layers only use the word GLASS instead of frame

Now hide all but the layers named 1

Like so

GLASS 1

Frame 1

ANIMATION 1

All of the layers in between these will be hidden

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 11

Let’s merge the ANIMATION, frame and GLASS layers

MAKE SURE ALL LAYERS BUT THE ONES NUMBERED 1 ARE HIDDEN, THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

There will only be three showing, 1 of each layer

For each step you will unhide the same number for each layer

You will follow the same steps for each set of layers, repeating it 13 times

When you are done you will have 13 layers

Right click on the ANIMATION 1 layer, merge/merge visible

Rename this layer as LAYER 1

Hide this layer

Unhide the #2 layers for each ANIMATION, FRAME, GLASS

Right click the ANIMATION 2 layer/merge/merge visible

Rename this layer as LAYER 2

Hide this layer

Now repeat this step ( IN PURPLE ) with each set of numbers

3,4,5,6 and so on until you are down to 13 layers with only the top one visible

And all layers have been renamed LAYER 1 THRU LAYER 13

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 12

We need to make the canvas a bit bigger now to add your other items

Right now it should be 450 x 450, we want to make it 475 x 475

MENU~image/canvas size

Width-475

Height-475

Placement-center

The numbers in the bars should read

Top-12

Bottom-13

Left-12

Right-13

If they do not then just adjust your size as needed to make it 475 x 475

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 13

Make sure you are on the top layer, LAYER13

Now we will add our tube, accents, copyright layer and watermark layers.

Copy and paste the tube you will use into this working image, it should be the top layer now

Add any other accents or items you wish to decorate your tag with.

You can arrange items above and below the 13 layers but don’t place nay in between.

This will be important for later.

I have arranged layers above and below as seen in my tag

Once you have all of your elements or accents and tube placed the way you want

We will now merge your added Layers with your layers named LAYER

Hide ALL layer but the ones ABOVE your original 13 named LAYER

Right click any of the ones still showing and merge visible

Rename this layer TOP

Unhide any layers you may have placed BELOW the layers named LAYER

Right click the very bottom layer, new raster layer then floodfill with white

Right click any of those layers and merge visible.

Rename this layer BOTTOM

Now you should have in order these layers from top to bottom

TOP

LAYER 13

LAYER 12

LAYER 11

LAYER 10

LAYER 9

LAYER 8

LAYER 7

LAYER 6

LAYER 5

LAYER 4

LAYER 3

LAYER 2

LAYER 1

BOTTOM

Duplicate the TOP and BOTTOM layers until you have 13 of each renaming them as you go like you did with the LAYER ones.

All TOP layers need to be above the LAYER and all of the BOTTOM layers need to be below them

now follow the steps below in purple like you did in Step 11

Right click on the BOTTOM 1 layer, merge/merge visible

Rename this layer as LAYER 1

Hide this layer

Unhide the #2 layers for each BOTTOM, LAYER, TOP

Right click the BOTTOM 2 layer/merge/merge visible

Rename this layer as LAYER 2

Hide this layer

Now repeat this step ( IN PURPLE ) with each set of numbers

3,4,5,6 and so on until you are down to 13 layers with only the top one visible

And all layers have been renamed back to LAYER 1 THRU LAYER 13

Now you will resave and test it in animation shop

Open animation shop and open the file you have been working on

MENU~view/animation

Is the circles going around like before?

Good then your set to go to the next step

Close your image out of animation shop and go back to psp

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 14

Let’s add our copyright layer

You can add yours anywhere but I am including the instructions for how I did mine.

Make sure you are on LAYER 13 to do your copyright layer

TOOLBAR~preset shape tool/ellipse tool

MATERIALS PALETTE~

foreground/stroke in a bright color you will be able to see

Background/fill-null

Draw a circle about the same size as just inside your inner circle

See my tag for placement

Do not convert to raster

Click the text tool in the toolbar, it will place the dotted box around the ellipse you just drew

Now you can move it and place it in the center to do your text

Right click this vector layer, add new raster layer

TOOLBAR~text tool

Pick your font, I used …

Comic Sans MS

size 11

antialias-sharp

color-white

alignment-left justified

Place your cursor over the ellipse you drew before and your cursor will change to an A with a curved line under it.

Once you have this cursor, left click and your text box will come up and you can add your copyright.

After you have your copyright the way you want, right click that layer and convert to a raster layer

Delete the ellipse vector layer you had made

Delete the other raster layer you had made in between those layers, you do not need it

I have adjusted my layer opacity to 60% so it is not so bold

Duplicate this layer until you have 13, renaming them CR 1 – CR 13

Now merge them with the other 13 layers, again renaming the layers LAYER 1- 13

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step

Step 15

Now let’s add the name

TOOLBAR~text tool

Decide what font, size and colors you want

Once you have the name you want, convert to raster layer

Duplicate until u have 13, and then merge like you have been doing so you end up with only 13 layers.

Once you are back down to 13 layers

Make sure all layers are unhidden

Save

Open in animation shop

View animation

And save as a gif file

***TIP***

Remember to save your image after each step
