Any filter, that does not have and install exe file.
The one I will use for an example in this tutorial is the Xero Filter
6 DLL files to make Plugins work in PSP
They are HERE
Step 1
Make a folder on your computer named PSP DLL files
Download the DLL file in this folder
Right click the zip file and choose the extract here option.
You will now install these to make your filters work
~~For Windows XP~~
Go to
My computer
Local disk C:\
Program files
Windows directory
System32 folder
Copy the files that are in your DLL file
Go back to the system 32 folder and right click and paste them there
DO NOT MOVE THEM, in case you need them later
~~For Windows Vista~~
Go to
Computer
Local disk C:\
Program files
Windows directory
System folder
Copy the files that are in your DLL file
Go back to the system folder and right click and paste them there
DO NOT MOVE THEM, in case you need them later
Now you will also need to do this…

Jasc or Corel folder depending on what version PSP you have
If you have more than one version installed you will need to choose which one you use the most
Open that folder
Once you have that folder open you can see there are other DLL files there
Copy and paste your 6 DLL files here also
And your done.
DO NOT MOVE THEM, in case you need them later
Step 2

Go find the folder you just made with Xero in it
Click ok
