The author assumes you have some basic working knowledge of Paint shop Pro and Animation Shop.
Any similarity to other tutorials is unintentional.
Written in Paint shop Pro X1 but will work for other versions as well with minor adjustments.
If at any time you feel you know your psp well enough to alter steps to achieve the same thing feel free to do so.
After all, tutorials are only guidelines. You should always try to deviate from the tutorial and make your creation different while still learning the methods and techniques.

No external Plugins were used
Provided supplies
Wordart and accents of choice.

You DO NOT have to use the same supplies I do. Choose some of your own.
There are some wonderful Free to Use artists out there and some fantastic free scrap kits.
Please read through the tutorial before you begin.
My tutorials can be long so take your time.
I want to teach you something other than copy and pasting.
Tips are shown in green throughout the tutorial.

Remember to save your image after each step

Remember that if you save your original file as layers you will be able to go back later and change things if you want to.
When you add names for other people, open you’re saved tag and press shift +D to duplicate and work from that image.
Ok…Ready to begin?….lol
Step 1
Unzip the supplies file to a folder of your choosing and open the following files in PSP.
CJ_Lace 8.jpg
Gabeemask4311.jpg
clarey_ghingmabow_red.png
And the tube of your choice, mine has a flat bottom to blend with the mask.
Reduce these files in psp as you will use them later
Step 2
Open a new blank transparent image 450×450.
MATERIALS PALETTE~foreground and stroke/CJ_Lace 8.jpg
Angle-0
Scale-100%
Flood fill Raster 1 with the pattern
MENU~Layers/new mask layer/from image/Gabeemask4311.jpg
Source luminance –checked
Inverted-checked
Click okD
Step 3
Maximize your tube image
Menu~Edit/Copy
Reduce your tube or close it out.
Make your 450×450 image active, with Raster 1 layer being the active one.
MENU~Edit/Paste as new layer.
This should give you a Raster 2 layer just above the Raster 1.
I have placed mine so the flat bottom of the tube is hidden in the edge of the mask.
Place the tube where you want it. I did mine in the middle…
You may need to resize.
Apply a drop shadow
Vertical 0
Horizontal 0
Opacity 100
Blur 12.00
Color Black
***TIP***
Remember to sharpen after resizing items.
Step 4
Open your checkered accent, or whatever accent you chose.
Edit/copy…minimize that file
Make your image active…
Edit/paste as new layer and place the accent in the upper right hand corner.
I did this 3 times to place 3 accents as shown…
All of these layers should be in your group.
If not them click and drag them down so they are.
Add a drop shadow to each button with the following settings..
Vertical 0
Horizontal 0
Opacity 100
Blur 12.00
Color Black
Step 5
Open your word art of choice.
Place words of your choice
Select layer you want. I have used two that say lost in a dream in 2 different sizes.
Edit/copy
Edit/paste as new layer in your image in the group above raster 4.
At this point within your group you should have 4 layers and the mask layer.
Apply a drop shadow with settings above only change color to white.
Step 6

resize to 75 % 3 times
adjust/sharpen/ 2 times
add drop shadow with same settings as the checkered buttons.
Place in upper left corner again inside group.
Part of it will be gone. This is what you want….
Step 7
In the group you should have these layers…
The 3 buttons
Your tube
The red mask fill
The mask
The two word layers
The bow
Merge group together.
Now hide all layers but the group layer.
Duplicate 2 more times.
Rename them…
Group1
Group2
Group3
Step 8
Open bling image of choice
You will need to choose one with only 3 layers
Select the bottom layer of sparkle
Select the hand in the toolbar
Click and drag to the tag you are creating..
Select the deform/move tool and move up till it is level
with the top red section or where you chose to place it
Do the same for all three layers…
Make sure that they are placed outside of your grouping
Now lower the opacity for each bling layer to 71
Rename each layer
Bling 3
Bling 2
Bling 1
Hide two of the layers
Step 9
Add any copyright info you need to
Place them outside the red square as shown.
I used the font Comic Sans size 14
Apply a drop shadow of
Vertical 1
Horizontal 1
Opacity 100
Blur 2.00
Color white
Lower opacity to….70
If you have more than one watermark layer, make sure they are the top 2 layers, then merge one down
Rename copyright layer
Then duplicate it 2 times.
Hide 2 layers.
Step 10
Add a new raster layer and drag to bottom for a background.
Floodfill with whatever pattern or color you want
I am going to make mine plain white and add a texture..
Effects/texture effects/texture/paper smooth heavy
Size 50%
Smoothness 0
Depth 3
Ambience 0
Shinieness 0
Angle 315
Intensity 50
Elevation 30
Once you have flood filled this layer you will want to duplicate it 2 more times Like the others.
Rename each layer
White 3
White 2
White 1
Hide two layers.
Step 11
Now you should have three layers of each section you did.
Group
Bling
Copyright
White
Merge one each of the layers you have
Hide this merged layer
Merge one each again
Hide that layer
Merge one each
Then you should end up with only three layers.
Save your file and then add your name as you please.
You will also need to duplicate the name layer so you have three and then merge as you

After you have added your name
You will save your file, then open it up in animation shop.
Check your animation by viewing, if it is ok then you will go ahead and save as a gif
Then you are done..
