The author assumes you have some basic working knowledge of Paint shop Pro and Animation Shop.
Any similarity to other tutorials is unintentional.
Written in Paint shop Pro X1 but will work for other versions as well with minor adjustments.
If at any time you feel you know your psp well enough to alter steps to achieve the same thing feel free to do so.
After all, tutorials are only guidelines. You should always try to deviate from the tutorial and make your creation different while still learning the methods and techniques.

Open a new image that is 500 x 500
Flood fill with white
Rename this layer WHITE
LAYER PALETTE~New raster layer
Floodfill with color #baab92
Rename this layer LIGHT BROWN
LAYER PALETTE~New raster layer
Floodfill with color #533a24
Rename this layer DARK BROWN
Activate LIGHT BROWN layer
MENU~effects\plugins\filters unlimited 2.0\
Paper textures\cotton paper, fine
Intensity-128
Lightness-96
Click apply
MENU~layers\new mask layer\from image
Choose the WSL_Mask3.jpg in the source window drop down window
Source luminance-CHECKED
Invert mask data-UNCHECKED
Click ok
Right click the masked layer, merge\merge group
Do not close mask file, you will need it later
Step 2
Open tube provided
Copy and paste to your working image
Rename this layer TUBE
MENU~image\resize\Reduce tube to 475 x 475 pixels
MENU~adjust\sharpeness\sharpen 1x
MENU~effects\3d effects\drop shadow
Vertical-2
Horizontal-2
Opacity -100
Blur-9.00

Shadow on new layer-CHECKED
Shift this drop shadow a little to the right; refer to my tag for placement
Rename DROP SHADOW1
LAYER PALETTE~right click drop shadow layer and duplicate one time
Rename this layer DROP SHADOW2
Activate DROP SHADOW 2 layer
Shift this drop shadow a little to the right; refer to my tag for placement
MENU~adjust\add-remove noise\add noise
Uniform-CHECKED

Click ok
Activate DROP SHADOW1 layer

Open mask file in PSP
Note the name of the file and minimize
Activate DARK BROWN layer
MENU~layers\new mask layer\from image
Choose the WSL_Mask48.jpg in the source window drop down window
Source luminance-CHECKED
Invert mask data-UNCHECKED
Duplicate this masked layer 4 more times
On the top one
LAYER PALETTE~right click DARK BROWN LAYER layer
Merge\merge down
Do this with all duplicate layers until you are back to one layer
You should not have to rename it, if you do rename it back to DARK BROWN

Step 4
Activate LIGHT BROWN layer
MENU~selections\select all\float\defloat
MENU~Selections\modify\contract
Number of pixels-21
Click ok
MENU~selections\invert
MENU~selections\promote selection to layer
On LIGHT BROWN layer
Press delete on your keyboard
MENU~selections\select none
Rename this layer LIGHT BROWN NOISE
Hide the LIGHT BROWN layer by clicking the eye on the layer palette
On the LIGHT BROWN NOISE layer
MENU~adjust\add-remove noise\add noise
Uniform-CHECKED
Mono chrome-CHECKED
Noise-61%
Click ok

Unhide LIGHT BROWN layer
MENU~effects\3d effects\drop shadow
Vertical-0
Horizontal-0
Opacity-100
Blur-9.00

Apply this drop shadow 6 more times

Step 6
Activate LIGHT BROWN NOISE layer
LAYER PALETTE~right click the DROP SHADOW2 layer
New raster layer
Rename this layer CIRCLES
MATERIALS PALETTE~foreground-stroke\#533a24, background-fill\null
TOOLBAR~ellipse tool\ellipse
Line style-dashed
Width 2.00
Antialias-checked
Now draw 1 circle on your image, anywhere.
Right click the vector layer, convert to a raster layer
Rearrange it anywhere you would like it.
Repeat this as many times as you like.
Arrange them anywhere. Don’t worry if they go off the edge of the image.
Click the top raster circle layer you did
Right click that layer. Merge\merge down
Repeat this until you only have one layer with all the circles on it.

Choose the WSL_Mask3.jpg in the source window drop down window
Source luminance-CHECKED
Invert mask data-UNCHECKED
Click ok
Right click the masked layer, merge\merge group
Rename this layer CIRCLES

Step 7
Open the flower files
Copy and paste them onto your working image and place them where you like
Make sure that the are directly next to each other in the layer palette.
I have placed mine between the DROPSHADOW1 AND DARK BROWN layers

On the top flower layer merge\merge down
MENU~layers\new mask layer\from image
Choose the WSL_Mask3.jpg in the source window drop down window

Right click the masked layer, merge\merge group
Rename this layer FLOWERS

Step 8
Open the DANI_MOGSTAD_cHERISH_COLORED.pspimage file in PSP
Copy and paste it to your working image and place it where you want
Refer to my image for placement if you wish.
Rename this layer WORDART

Lets add the copyright and watermark layers
Make sure you are active on the top layer no matter what it is
TOOLBAR~text tool
Pixelette font
Size 8
Antialias-off
Foreground\stroke-null
Color- #5c4630
Place it anywhere you would like
Refer to my image for placement if you wish
Correct copyright for this image is

then add your own watermark as well
Merge these two layers by right clicking the top one–merge\merge down

Step 10
OK. Now we will merge layers to do the animation part.
Hide all layers but the tube layer and anything above that.
Here is the order of my layers from top to bottom
COPYRIGHT LAYER
WORDART
TUBE
DROPSHADOW2
DROPSHADOW1
CIRCLES
FLOWERS
DARK BROWN
LIGHT BROWN NOISE
LIGHT BROWN
WHITE
Ok so you will merge all the layers shown in red
Rename this layer TUBE
Leave the circles layer alone
Then merge all the layers in orange
Rename this layer TEMPLATE
Now you will have three layers
TUBE
CIRCLES
TEMPLATE

Now we will add the animation
Activate the TEMPLATE layer
Right click and duplicate it 2 more times so you have three layers
Hide the top two layers
Activate the TUBE layer
Right click and duplicate it 2 more times so you have three layers
Hide the top two layers
Activate the CIRCLES layer
Right click and duplicate it 2 more times so you have three layers
Hide the top two layers
Activate the original ( bottom ) CIRCLES layer

Now we will merge our layers
You should have only the bottom layers of each layer showing
On the bottom TEMPLATE layer right click\merge\merge visible
Rename this layer LAYER1
Hide this layer
Unhide the second ones in each layer
On the bottom copy of template layer right click\merge\merge visible
Rename this layer LAYER2
Hide this layer
Unhide the second ones in each layer
On the bottom copy of template layer right click\merge\merge visible
Rename this layer LAYER3
Step 13
Now let’s add your name and complete your tag
Activate LAYER3
TOOLBAR~text tool
Pick your font , size and colors
Add your name layer. Fix it how you want then
Duplicate until u have 3 layers
Now follow the same steps as in step 12 to merge them, but remember the layer names will be different.
Save your file as a .pspimage.
Open in animation shop
Save as a gif and your done..
